Our journey

The beginning

1968

It all began in 1968, in the heart of the Mantua area,
sparked by the passion of Giacomo Guidolini and his wife Lucia.

In Volta Mantovana, the company has grown generation after generation,
guided by the Guidolini family’s commitment.

Baby Leaf

1990

In the 1990s, Davide Guidolini modernised the company,
specialising in the production of baby leaf salads.

Expansion

2007

In 2007, the company expanded and opened a new site in Bellizzi,
in the province of Salerno.

Today

Today, Guidolini Group supplies European large-scale retail with strictly Made in Italy
salads, available year-round and ready to enjoy every day.
