Controlled
selection

Quality is the guiding principle behind every choice at Guidolini Group.

Thanks to the work of our agronomist technicians and a system of continuous checks, we monitor our crops at every stage, from field to harvest, in full compliance with organic and integrated pest management standards. The use of advanced technologies and the analysis of climate conditions allow us to act promptly and responsibly, ensuring safe, reliable products that consistently meet expectations.

Analysis and
monitoring

From harvest to processing

Each product is carefully selected at harvest and quickly transferred to our facility,
where it is handled by qualified staff using state-of-the-art technologies,
preserving flavour and freshness. Even before market requirements,
we subject our baby leaf to rigorous quality checks and certified analyses,
ensuring safety and reliability throughout the supply chain.

Cold
chain

The product is kept at a constant, controlled temperature at every stage. From harvest to immediate cooling, from storage to transport and through to final consumption, this system preserves freshness, preventing deterioration and ensuring the highest quality.

Freshly harvested
all year round

To ensure a steady supply in every season, the company has owned production sites in two strategic areas:
Volta Mantovana (Mantua) in Northern Italy and Bellizzi (Salerno) in the South.

The natural suitability of these areas, the choice of different varieties, and protected tunnel growing make it possible to guarantee the availability and quality of our salads 365 days a year.

All packaging lines are equipped with metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems,
ensuring total product control and compliance with the highest food safety standards.

Washing and drying

For lamb’s lettuce, there are 2 dedicated washing and drying lines using the dewatering method—a specialised technology that preserves the leaves’ structure, freshness, and delicacy.

We have 2 dedicated bag-packaging lines, with customised films and controlled sealing.
Pack sizes range from 70 g to 1,000 g, to meet different market and distribution needs.
